This customer is come from a veterinary hospiatl in Thailand , he want to expand more medical dianostic service for his clinic. The video endoscope system is what he want to buy for his hospiatl , he has very specific aim so we talk in high efficient . I recommended our Video Endoscope System Integrated with ight source, camera system all in one ) , Video Compact Center, 12 inch LCD monitor, built-in light source LED. 

We discussed all the details and negociated price and also taked video called help him know more about our compant . Our company has been in medical equipment field for near 20 years, I show him our company product show room and demostrate our x ray machine workshop . 

The biggest concern of customers is Shipping , because if you want imported medical equipment in Thailand, the product must have Thai FDA approved, so he is very worried that if he cannot get the machine. But we have rich experience in shipping to Thailand, I recommended the customer shipping by DDP land tranportation channel, the shipping in around 10-15 days , the customer received the cargo sucessfuly !!!!
